Bedroom was separate and bed comfortable. Employees where attentive and delightfully helpful.

The location is magnificent so close to leafy residential area within walking distance of city centre and the coast aswell, and the rooms are good modern. The staff are very amiable. Beds are comfy.

Greatly enjoyed that it included a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient despite our late arrival.

Satisfied with single glazed windows, pleasant decor, for instance available. In the bathroom there were shower facilities, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns. Attentive and respectful staff, I loved them.

Convenient location near the city center with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby – just what I was hoping for! 🏙️

The location of this place is perfect and peaceful, in a good area, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was brilliant, had incredible location really close to bays on booking, and pubs. It had central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV, we loved that. The window was facing street. We met helpful staff there;)))

Everything was very good, especially staff and rooms. The staff was polite and great, I enjoyed them all, no complains at all. I was delighted about early check-in.

The setting was marvellous and lovely.

We stayed in a well, designed room with a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a lifesaver since all the restaurants were closed. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and easy to reach from the train station. the staff's communication was prompt and the check, in and checkout process were hassle, free. We also found a Tesco Express and a local Inn just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

The bathroom floor had some dirty corners and moldy seals.

Location and staff were great, it was very close to Norwich, the city centre, local bars. Peaceful setting, views of street. Easy check-in was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and had hypoallergenic pillows. Amazing price for brilliant place.

Great location near bars, restaurants, and lots of cafes. The weather was super hot 🌞, which was a bit of a downside, but everything else was awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place for our trip.
